Every religion has dogma, and insists that their particular version answers the question of whether one or more gods exist. Apatheists insist that the question itself is irrelavent.
If you get frustrated trying to decide if you're really an Atheist or an Agnostic, or a member of any other religion, and also realize that, in your day to day existence, it doesn't really MATTER which religion you belong to, then you might be an Apatheist!
Much of the world's problems arise from conflicts between religious people and the differences in their beliefs about the best way to behave, or at least the source of authority on the rules of behavior.
Regardless of which brand of religion you choose, ultimately YOU are still deciding whether the actions you can take in a given situation are good or bad (whether figuring it out for yourself or relying on your religious beliefs to decide for you). Part of Apatheism is realizing that those choices are up to you as an individual and don't have to be based on any dogma.
The goal should be learning how to live with each other and promote the advancement of humanity in general. We can do that by relying on ourselves instead of some mystical external force and not wasting time and energy arguing about whether that mystical force really exists.
